It is impossible to keep all the solutions we offer in stock, so we have optimised our production capacity to manufacture the products you need in the shortest possible time and to the highest quality level.
- Manufacturing time of product from our catalogue can vary from 3 days depending on the ordered volume.
- Manufacturing time of various extension cord varies from 1 day depending on the ordered volume.
- Custom made product will be manufactured within the shortest time possible, once all the details have been agreed with you.
Before we start work, we'll be sure to discuss with you the details and agree on a deadline.
You can pay for your order on the invoice:
For international orders from companies and individual buyers we recommend to pay by the international details indicated on the invoice.
Buyer is responsible for any import charges, if any.
Terms and shipping methods are agreed on a case-by-case basis.
All TOPOVVER products are guaranteed for 2 years (24 months).
The warranty does not apply to:
- Products that were not used as intended.
- Subjected to physical or mechanical damage not intended for them.
- The warranty does not apply to parts of the product which have not been handled with care.
When designing and manufacturing our products, we considered the application and conditions of use of our products. We clearly understand the realities of the industry in which our products operate. We can confidently state that our products are completely safe and reliable, the components used fully comply with all relevant standards and regulations and have excellent customer references.
As with any other product, our products are subject to two factors which, unfortunately, we have no control over, namely natural wear and tear and human error.
